Malyck I don't know the ruling on whether or not men should take Evening Primrose, but I don't really see why not. I know it's most common use is for relief from PMS/PMT and the regulating of the menstrual cycle.

njrealestategirl I normally use the vapor plug ins. They plug right into your wall outlet - they smell like Vick's. I have under the doctor's discretion given them Triaminic Nightime Cold and Cough. Since he's only 2 - I would definitely check with the doctor.

ssh123 I have no idea and competence. But as man, I was asked to take vitamin b complex capsules.Occasionally doctors do prescribe some vitamins for my wife too.
