Paypal or Alertpay? Which one is better?

With the recent commotions about paypal and one of my friends getting limited for his paypal account, I thought I should try an alternative to paypal. So I thought of Alertpay but I'm not sure how is it really compared to paypal....

xcinvestor paypal is much better as it only requires account verification. alertpay is much more troublesome.
