Protein rich foods

Can you name some Protein-rich foods, I am exercising at my free time, and the gym is a bit far from my home, iu heard you need to eat Protein as soon as possible.. So do you know any high Protein foods, that i can take with me?...

macdingolinger I used to make sure I had snacks with me when I went to the gym too. One of my favorites is to have a banana and some almonds. But sometimes I have my own little mix of dried fruit and nuts. I really like to mix my own nuts. That way I buy them in the baking...
