Hot weather

It is so hot in ShangHai, the temperature up to 38?. What is the root reason the weather become so bad. We all know it is important to protect enviroment. But, what did we do for it?

topffer If there is a global warming, all the countries of this planet should agree for a global solution to it, and it is not the case today. I find ridiculous that my small country makes efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions when yours continues to increase gas...
