DrKnowledge I think the box turtle is totally awesome, but some people do not consider it a 'turtle' but rather a 'tortoise' so I am not sure myself where it fits in. I do know that they are consider very intelligent, being beaten in intelligence only by the 'wood turtle'...

DrKnowledge O my!...I have just one budgie and he is like a 2 year old child with so much demand for attention and he is pretty noisy at times too...I can't imagine how noisy 28 of them are! :0 good luck with your birds!

I have 2 box turtles I have had for 2 years now.The only thing they eat that i put in thier tank is watermelon.Any suggestions on what else I can feed them?
