Keto Spaghetti that is. I feel weird even saying that because honestly the only "keto" thing about it are the shirataki noodles. I'm not the biggest fan of those noodles to be honest. Sometimes I add onions, green (bell)...

NJ Chicaa I don't like shirataki noodles. I tried them a few times several years ago when I did my weight loss challenges but I just couldn't get into them. I'd rather do zoodles if I am trying to avoid pasta.
