What is the easiest way to lose weight?

Many people think I'm not fat, but I feel I'm very fat. so I find many methods to lose weight, I failed. Do you have the effective method?

silvermoonmyst Water. Lots and lots of water. With fruits and veggies as the main of your meal. I found this great site online too that is REALLY helpful. Helps you track what your eating and gives you meal ideas and whatnot. You can join me there if you like....
