I have been reading several inspirational, self help books and was wondering when you are down, sad or having a bad day what do you do to cheer yourself up?

jholai we are on the same situations.i love reading inspirational or self-help books. actually, two things will happen. it will either cheer you up or further down yourself. knowing that, i still continue reading those kind of books. but, i choose topics that would...
