Football player running with theball - This shot was taken with my Canon Rebel Xt using a f1.8 50mm fixed lens. I was panning with the ball carrier and you can see in the background is slightly blurry. I was taking this at a high ISO (1600) and it was early evening so the camera speed was about 160 at F2.8. You can see how the panning helps you concentrate on the object you want ad blurs the rest of the photo. It takes a lot of practice and I was using a mono pod to help steady the camera. Everything helps when trying to take action shots.
