this is for indians. Please help me in this problem. I requested for a Paypal Withdrawal to send money to my bank account. They told that the payment will receive within 7 days (right?).. but not received yet.my bank is SBI

Few people register with scam ptc sites unknowingly and click ads and when they request payout, they doesn't get that amount paid.. assume if you were in that position what will you do?
