How big a taboo it is for you to come in terms with the fact that you need mental help if you're going through a situation of crisis? Would you discuss it with people around you if you are seeking help?

M.-L. That's a wise decision. I've had some serious health problems in my life. I had to talk about them to someone. But I only confided in relatives and close friends, not in blabbermouths who'd gossip about me with other people.
