nicolec And things just get worse from her. I don't depend on her for anything. And I furious at her supervisor for not putting her straight. Why should I work my behind off when I get the same pats on the back as the one who does nothing. I'm tired of it.

nicolec I disagree with setting aside 30 minutes to start with. I only meditate for 10 minutes and I do just fine. I think you should start small and work your way up. Don't overwhelm yourself.

nicolec I don't know what the boss is going to do. I don't think she'll be fired, but she'll get a stern talking to and a 'don't do that again' speech I'm sure. And I agree, she needs some lessons in how to be an adult.

nicolec At least I'm not the only one feeling that she was being very unprofessional to work and rude to her friend. I don't believe anything is serious. If you were to ask my opinion (and I'm no doctor) it sounded to me like depression. Which I hope she gets help...

nicolec Well yes, if there is a sign. But then you don't have to do the test. You would know already and then choose whether or not to go in that restroom/chaning room.
