lunch at work place

When I did work outside my home, I would always carry a sack lunch with me to work. Only because to make sure that I had a balanced lunch than if I were to just grab anything at the office or go out for lunch with friends. Yes sometimes I get a little carried away with that. So to be sure I had the right amount I would only eat what I had brought with me that day. Now though, I work from home, so don't have to really worry about over eating and what not, since I can make my meals whenever I am feeling hungry or need that extra energy boost.

no i don't carry food for lunch at work place.i eat at home because my work place is close to my house.if my work place was far i would then carry food for lunch at work place

I like to bring my own lunch and pack one for my husband too. It's cheaper and healthier.

Sometimes yes I do carry lunch to my work place. Its hygeinic. But I also do go out to restaurent with my friends to have lunch. I have not set any hard and fast rule that I have to have lunch from home. But i prefer home cooked food

Yes, I do carry... and I love to eat simple home cooked food, instead of eating anything from other outlets or soures. I think.. home cook food has no substitute and it is best and after having my home cooked food at lunch time I feel satisfied/contended and refreshed.

yes in order to save money instead of buying it on some stores, i usually eat it outside my office

The best part of my job is that I work at a restaurant so I don't have to bring anything to eat! I have all the food choices I could ever think of right before me! That could be a good or bad thing lol

If I have money, I prefer to eat outside rather than carry food at my work. But if my budget is enough, then I have no choice but to bring food at the office.

I used to carry my tiffin in the work place when I was woking as there were no system of providing food to the employees. Eating junk foods affect my health and only these foods were available in our office are. The offie where I worked last used to provide tiffins to the employees, so I did not carry tiffins there.

I dont carry food for lunch. I just buy.

i am not carring food for work place, because my home & work place are very close, so i am going home for lunch
