We, Filipinos are very much communicative. In any blogs sites, we are really present. In we are one of the most number of it. And also on texting, to the fact that we are the text capital of the world. Although, we are suffering much in poverty, still it is never a hindrance for us to communicate. And being the text capital, just proves that we have minds and we have something to say.
