Powder or Lotion?

Spa and all massage parlor always offer for a powder or lotion. Which do you prefer? I prefer lotion or any essential oils because it suits to my muscles and helps a lot to make the massage so good and subtle. Well, what do you prefer?

I certainly prefer lotions or Oil I find that Powder dries out my Skin I have not used Powder in 30 years and I would never use it again I love the Silkiness of my Skin from the lotions.

I have to say I've never been in a tanning bed. I'm content with being whiter than white. LOL But the people I know who DO tan, always go with lotion. But there apparently a lot of lotions to choose from.
