Sometimes do you just feel the need for a little cat nap? I do alot. Actually, I'm about to lay down in a little while after my kids nap. I sometimes stay up late at night and need to take a small nap. When I wake up I am nice and refreshed. How about you? Do you take small naps during the day sometimes? How does it make you feel?

Yes, especially when I slept late at night. I really need a nap. And I even enjoy more my naps than the night sleeps. I don't know why. Maybe the fear to of being robbed at night while you are deeply sleeping or something bad might happen to my family and daughter. Makes the night sleep less enjoyable. So I prefer my afternoon nap than night sleep. Something like that. (^^,LOL) Have a nice nap Jenni!

i used to take naps with a little boy i babysat. Normally he would wake up before i was ready. i sometimes take a little nap during the day, but normally i am grumpy when i wake up. a good nap for me is three hours, so i tend not to take naps, b/c i will sleep the day away.

I usually take a nap in the middle of the day. It's a practice I started when I was in college and have really kept up in my life since. Now, I still do that even though I really shouldn't. I have to get up early in the morning for work @ 8 AM and it kills me that I nap and then cannot sleep until 12:30 - 1 AM cause then I wake up tired. It used to work because I would get a ton of energy from a 15 minute cat nap, but now I sleep for an hour or so and these naps take away from my sleep at night... trying to stop, hahaha.
