The biggest challenge to uman resource management is to find the best resources or extract the best skills out of persons or may be even to get the best minds out there. Population seems to be increasing as well as the number of graduates. Here the biggest challenge for humna resource is to filter from the thousands and thousands of graduates to get a few very well qulaifed skilled persons . This job can really pose a challenge since the demand of skilled gradautes is always on the rise due to razor edge technology advancemnts that are taking place
