HTML background for ease of use for Ebay-can anyone help me? / myLot

I would like a nice background to use on Ebay to sell items, but I have no HTML experience. It needs to be easy enough for me to add or modify my content (wording) if possible. If anyone could do this for a reasonable amount, I would like to connect for your services. thanks
