do you think people that do wrong should feel the wrath or should we forgive and forget?

Revenge mostly created vecious circle which never ends! So to forgive and forget is the best thing for deep positive cause!

I know that we should forgive and forget, but personally, I find it hard to come to terms and forgive/forget the things that have hurt me, things that I've taken to heart.

I think that sometimes asking someone to forgive and forget is too difficult to do, but just because they don't forgive and forget does not mean that they seek revenge. Life is too chort to spend it trying to get revenge, but we are all human and we all have our limits. For instance, I don't know that we will ever ask the parents and families for the VA Tech families to forgive and forget, but most will not seek revenge. This is a thought provoking topic and I look forward to other responses.

Well I dont know if its the moral thing to do but I think its kind of human instinct really. Way back 1000 years ago that what you did if someone crossed you so it was widley practiced through out the world at one point or another. I guess in todays soceity we are suppose to be more reserved and smarter then that but every now and then someones instinct takes over.
