well for me, you can't find the perfect one but you can find the right one...actually you can also feel if the guy is the right person for you like being comfortable when you're with him and you can say what you want...maybe the right person for your friend has passed by or maybe she is so choosy in looking to a guy...maybe she has high standard...eventually, when you're with the guy though he don't have some of the qualities you are looking for, you'll also learn how to love him especially when you agree for a simple or to a complicated things :)

That was funny. I have seen almost the same cartoon in a doctor's waiting room with the caption "Been waiting long?"
