In Debut, what is that 18 candles and 18 roses means??

What do you think??? I have seen it a girl who celebrated a debut..that ther was an 8 candles and 19 roses?? what is that for?? What it means?

In a debut you have 18 roses, 18 candles and 18 treasures. The 18 roses are given by the men of your life. the first dance is usually your father then the other 16 are from your close guy friends then the last rose or your last dance will be from your boyfriend or your special someone. The 18 candles are given by your girlfriends. Each of them will light a candle and then make a wish for you. the 18 treasures are given out by girls to or even your relatives that tell you what their gift is and explain why they gave you the gift.
