Why Real madrid is like that?

verybody know that all the players of Realmadrid is great players.evrey one proved thier a bility.after the world cup they bought Cannavaro( Europian footballer of the year)also...
but the thing is that they alwoys lose thier match.sometimes with 2nd or 3rd class team.Why it is like that?

well money buy players but money doesnt make a team. i think the cohesion and the ability to understand, anticipate and signal each other is the key essence to winning matches for a team
For real madrid i think they have not yet reached the edge and imagine them disgracing a whole capello who is a world class coach with their low level performances on the pitch.
The problem is that they have a wide array of stars battling for first team action which makes it very had for the coach to have a standard first 11 staring line up without the others grumbling

Winning is not just having a quality squad but also teamwork, determination and also don't forget about luck. Right now los galacticos has lost it's determination and teamwork and sometimes luck. If they want to improve my suggestion is buy a new playmaker who similar like zidane. Guti can't replace zidane place, he will a good addition if zidane around in the first team.
