Do you enjoy vegging out in front of the TV?

Some people just sit there for hours watching the TV even if nothing is good on and they feel quite comfortable, I know I do. So do you do this too?

Oh yes, I can space out for hours in front of the TV. I have to be remotely interested in the topic at hand, so I often leave it on HGTV, TLC, or Discovery...at least I can tell myself I'm learning something while I'm wasting my brain cells on the couch.

no i don't like for the following reasons
1. most of the pro grammes these days are commercial and boring
2. even the news in different channels are prejudiced and don't reflect the real scenario
3. it spoils the eyes
4.It leads to unwanted mental stress
