they're clever and have a lot of time on their hands... change your password at least once every two weeks and you won't have a problem with it. and go thorugh your friends list and delete all of the ones that say "this profile has been delted"... those are also hackers.

Your account has been phished. You answered a hacker's email in you email, used the link they provided in that email to answer their question or post, and inadverantly sent them your email and password. Never respond to posts or log into MySpace through your email. Always open a new window, and always type or use your own bookmarked link to MySpace. Change your password immediately, and write to MySpace to inform them that your account was temporarily hijacked. Hopefully they will simply ignore the bulletins that the hacker put up, and leave your account intact for you to use. You may also choose to simply withdraw your page and start a totally fresh one, this time, being more careful not to answer phishing emails this time!

Oh! I had the same incident like yours. When I open my account in myspace, I had post lots of stuffs that I haven't done at all. I even change my password after that. Well, now I haven't visited that site yet. I hope that the hackers stop doing that.

Hi there well the way it was explained to me was that the hacker can mirror the myspace page to the last detail so when you go in you think you are in fact in the page where you log in there is no way you might think you are being "watched" the good news about it is that the support group at myspace is getting better at catching this stuff so the best thing to do is when you go in now they have the feature that when you see the sign in at the top it shoul say "welcome (your name)" that way you know you are in the original page. Also change your password immediately you see a post you did not post! Another thing you should consider is protecting your computer with a good virus and hacker protection..if you are using windows go visit windows downloads.com there you can optimize your computer and maybe that way minimize the danger. Good Luck!
