what are the qualities for a great university?

we all know there are many university, I want to know what are the qualities for a great university so I won't make a wrong decision to go to a university.

i think the university is good if the professors in it are sincere with their students .

for my own point of view,all universities are great as long as it is conducive for learning.universities' name are not the measurement in order to be successful.if you think it suits your personality and preferences and it's for the common good,go for it!!!
