i don't go to church does that make me BAD?

im really not into the habit of going to Sunday mass, im Catholic, by the way... i hate to admit that i don't go to church but i really don't... i have work from sat-wed, my off are thu&fri... is it really that bad? i know that it is in the commandment of God, im really not that interested actually... i think im a sinner... :(
