which is much painful to move on or be left behind?

As my experience in life its much painful to be left behind by your loveone.it makes you feel so bad ..worst making your life miserable ..feel so numb and alone that your world is blue especially you did all your best to satisfy and make your relationship last.hard to admit reality bites!!!:(

Both are so painful especially for me coz I really hate "goodbyes". But it is much painful to be left behind coz its like being stucked to a place of hatred and a place of so much memories. Moving away means going somewhere and going somewhere means meeting new people. and meeting new people would lessen the pain.
