In my opinion, Phoebe is the most powerful. She may not have any spectacular powers (like being able to orb or blow things up) but she can see the future. That makes her a very powerful witch. On most occasions in the show, the reason the charmed ones help their "innocents" is because Phoebe got a premonition. If it wasn't for her, the demons would have taken over their world long ago.

You do bring up a very good point. Without her power often times they wouldn't have been able to do much. I don't know if her's is the most powerful but I do agree without her they would have not been able to do as much. This might be a bad analogy but it's like a missle and the tracking system. Without the system it won't be able to go where it needs to even though the missle is more powerful.

I agreed with mahmah.. and not even that.. she has physical power, too..her being able to fight with her bare hands..

Yeah you are right she is able to kick some butt with her bare hands. They all do actually but Phoebe seems to be the more hands on mainly because she doesn't have the physical powers like her sisters. She did have levitation at one point and when she was pregnant she could shoot fire out of her hands (that episode was on the other night that is why that one stands out in my head).

Overall I think Piper has the most powerful power. Look at what she could do all on her own in taking out demons, the others had to rely on spells or potions where she could just blow them up. I do think though that with each other they more then triple their power. They can do a lot more as a group then they could do on their own. Without each other for support they would have crashed and burned a long time ago.

I think Paige is the most powerful because she is whitelighter and witch at the same time and can just say the object and it will come to her just like that!!!

I have to go with Piper on this one. Without the power of three, I think she's most powerful, and especially when she was pregnant with Wyatte - she was invincible (of course that was because of Wyatte's powers, but still..).
The others' powers are certainly useful and powerful in their own right, but the way I see it, Piper's is moreso.
