anchor text on Blogger

How do you do anchor text? I did searches. I read on the site that asked me to do it. I am LOST. I understand it is a link, highlight or something. Does it mean just a link (urL) back to the site? How do I highlight? I was asked to do a anchor text in a PPP post on my Easy Share blog. Can anyone help me?
