When I was in college, most of my friends wrote to each other, every day we went to check our mails, but now, everyone has an e-mail, seems that post office is only used for mailing some packs. But I still think that handwritting letter will be better, the special handwritting is never going to be placed by the machine codes. after years, when you re-read these letters, memory comes to you like tide....that's really sweet. Do you still write to your friends now? what do you think?

I seldom write letter or send emails to my friends. What I do sending SMS to my friends. This is a quicker way to get in touch my friends. Mail take days to get to the hand of the recipient. Nowadays, everything need to be quick and fast. Yes, I do not deny that hand written letter is better than email nor SMS, it shows that we are still remembering our friends and letter can keep with us all the time and when we want to look at the letter, we can take it out and look at it anytime. I only write a postcard to my friends when it is a festive season.

It is true that SMS is always quick and convenient. But when the storage is full, we have to delete some messages, and all that we said at that time will be found nowhere in the world. When I was in love with my bf, we communicate with SMS, when the storage is full, I had to delete some, and I was occupied by a sense of horror: I will never found these information any more. sweet memory will be gone with the SMS.

yes, you have a point here. If you get a letter i mean a love letter from your bf, you can keep it forever. When you feel like looking back to the letter, you can do it while SMS once you delete it, you lose it forever. Traditional way have their benefits and SMS also has their own benefits. Just use one of them whenever you feel comfortable. Cheer Up

i send birthday cards and christmas cards to my close friends. if i don't get to do that, then i'll just send an e-card hehe. sometimes i get so tied up with things that i just don't have the time, although i do mean to get the cards posted on time. but yeah, it is nice to get a handwritten letter or a card from someone ^___^
