You are suppose to brush your teeth at least 3 times a day. Once in the morning, once in the afternoon and once at night. I think that it is very important to brush your teeth first thing in the morning otherwise you will have bad morning breath. I also think it is important to clean your teeth after every meal to get the particles of food off your teeth. You definitely should brush before bed also to get all the stuff off your teeth before sleeping. It is essential for good oral hygene that you brush more than once a day.

I think it is best to brush my teeth in the morning and before going to bed. I also brush them if I had eaten at home before going out. I usually floss before bed. In the U.S.A., a toothpaste company put a commerical on television showing a microscopic view of plague germs as the announcer says that the plague germs love having the whole night to spread and reproduce. I don't use their toothpaste but it sure is motivation to get off my butt and brush my teeth before going to bed.

I brush my teeth at both times, sometimes more through out the day. I don't like my teeth feeling dirty from eating so I brush them often.

I brush my teeth twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. So I think that they both could be right.
