what are the traits that you really don't like about yourself?

mine is: I dont know what you called this kind of attitude but, I could not refuse my boss if he/she gives me additional workload. Maybe they know my capacity, but sometimes its so frustrating that I have the biggest workload compared to my officemates, yet I hardly recieved any positive comments from them.

i hate lack of seriousness in some important issues. i too ask more n more attention and feel that i am not getting..even i get much than required

The two things I don't like about myself would be how hard I am on myself and biting my nails when I'm nervous. I'm working on those two things and I hope I can break the habits.
