nothing but civil war

Today what is happening in Iraq? It is nothing but a civil war between two factions. US wants the faction supported by it to rule Iraq. But that faction is unable to hold itself. Because of excessive preoccupation in Iraq, US is neglecting its own inner environment. The shot out at Virginia University is an indication of this monumental neglect. Whatever the US President George Bush may say or the Governor of Virginia may say, better the home is set right first, before another attempt is made to set right the world. Can I have your valued opinion?
