ok i have done the kazza thing and well id idnt like all the extra files i got. they are really good at hiding picks and stuff that i dont want on my pc. i have done napster but that is really bad cause they have to stop and buffer the song every 10 secs or you have to pay a buck for it after paying the member fees. i have tried a few places but the music selection wasnt good. someone told me yahoo 360 and there was a way to do it free but i havent found that way yet. we like a mix of songs as well. can you tell me any sites that is free and has a selection of music and its flooded with viruses? also isnt flooded with pics that i dont want my kids to see.

Short answer, get a limewire and be noted about copyright infringement.

I also think limewire is a good alternative. It works faster in my opinion and has more selections. But always remember that downloading copyrighted music or files are not good.

Pay for the music you want to hear. It's stealing otherwise.

Have you tried the limewire software. Its pretty good. It has its free version and you can find lots of songs and other stuff there. Besides, I think you just need to keep searching the Internet because you can find virtually anything you want there, its just that sometimes it takes a while to find it.

I will agree to all the above responces , yes its easy with limewire, but if you are asking for sites then i prefer www.artistdirect.com though its server was down for few days , may be they were uploading more songs for us, hopefully its on now , so just go check it out.
