What would be worse, Capital Punishment or Torture for repeat offenders?

i guess it depends on the tyope of criminals we are dealn wid..if they are ruthless...and not so human like beahvn creatures..then they are bettr off the society rathr than bein as a constant threat....what say?....:)

I would say punish the scumbags the same way they 'punished' their victims. If they raped then killed, do the same to them..etc etc.
