Who had the BOSS from hell? Tell me your experience!

My husband has the bosses from hell...MY FAMILY!!! They treat him like dirt and blame him for everything that goes wrong in their biz. He works at least 20 hours overtime per week without an extra cent to show for it and is forced to use our money on biz expenses and doesn't get reimbursed. When he does ask to be reimbursed they ask him to produce receipts taht they took away from him when he made the transaction for them. They CONSTANTLY don't do what his contract states and never praise him for all the huge biz deals he gets for them. They cut us both out of everything and talk abotu us behind our backs, then they blackmail us my telling us he has to work for them if he wants to support his family and provide for our son. We've been looking for new jobs for him and have sent at least 200 or more job applications out and haven't received anything. It's v depressing.

When you realize that your boss is less competent then you are when it comes to the job, it's always a very frustrating experience. The guy's usually got more experience, but perhaps it's due to the fact that they stay at the job for such a long period of time that they lose site of things sometimes.
