IS it easy to get a visa to US from Saudi Arabia?

My father is working in Saudi Arabia, Me and my sister are studying here in US, We need to seee him nad ofcourse he too wants to see us, how is it possible to get a visa from there because that is agulf country and everyone knows how it is US versusu a Gulf country.
Any suggestions and care to be taken, he is been working there for the past 25-30 years.
