What is the best management career out there?

Where do you work? What do you do? How many hours do you work a week? What days do you get off? Do your days off vary? Do you love your career or hate it? What do you want to do if you don't like it?

I work in a ministry. I am a coordinator, administrator, minister, and manager. I feel like I work non-stop, but obviously I have time to write....Usually in the wee hours of morning, but I digress....The part I dislike the most is managing others. It makes me feel like I'm babysitting. Sometimes, I don't understand why we even need managers. Why can't everybody just "get it" and do their job.....That is paradoxical, of course, someone has to tell us what our job is and keep us accountable. Good question.
