I think u r new to this .Net Culture dont be afraid. .Net is more easy than anyother languages in IT. Try to be familiar with the OOPS concept thats all and try "SourceForge.net" there u can find lots and lots of project for free. Enjoy and all the best

It'll be good if I have read this discussion earlier, as I am a ASP.NET programmer, but I am using C#. I think you must have completed your MCA, and you are already working as a programmer now, right?

Do u know how to work with .net, first u learn the course in hyderabad or bangalore i thought hyderabad is better because the fee structure is low compare to bangalore and they will provide some live projects if u wish to do, because my friends did the same thing, they learnt the .net or j2ee and completed their project work at the same institute with low cost, \\\\ all the best go ahead.
