here are some new facts that i learned -
1. jesse's last name was cochran at the start of the show, it was later changed to katsopolis after the first season.
2. out of hundreds of twins that came for the audition for the role of michelle, mary kate and asley olsen twins were selected because they were the only twins that did not cry during the audition.
3. the character of stephanie was added later because the producer saw jodie sweetie in another show and fell in love with her.
4. the twins were allowed only 10 min each before the camera when they were babies, because of the intense heat. thats the reason the producers wanted twins so that the babies can spend more time in front of the camera.

wow That is interesting. I had heard that about the twins but sure didn't know about Jodie Sweet's character. Thanks for that. I loved that show, it was a great family night when we would gather around to watch it and we always had a great lesson and a fun evening.!

Those are interesting facts. The only one of those that I already knew was the first one. It's funny that I just saw this discussion because I'm watching one of my dvd's of Full House right now. From Season 3. I was most surprised by number 2, that mary-kate and ashley were the only twins that didn't cry. That's impressive! I think they were really cute for the show.

i have noticed one thing that the bath room always used to shift , some time its used to be room.
on the first floor of the house,there are two staircases leading up to the second floor from the kitchen and from living room,but on the secong floor there is only one staircase leading down,and it doesnt matter which one they use,they always endup comming upstairs in the same place

I loved this show and hated when it ended. My kids all loved this show too. Not many family comedies on these days, especially like this one! I have identical twin girls that are about one year younger than the Olsen twins and they looked a lot like them. In fact, they were featured in the newspaper here for looking like them. People still tell them that they look like Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen!
