Whether you care the worldwide news reported everyday?

I do very much care about the news that goes on in the world as it may have an effect on me in some way. I have friends and family all over so it is good to know what is going on elsewhere. What goes on elsewhere has an effect on our economy here, like the price of gases, food, taxes and other things. I never like to hear tragedies but we have to accept that tragedies are part of life. I love sports, no matter if my favorite team is playing or not. We can learn a lot of new things by paying attention to world events.
