What did you do whe you are stressed out?

Stress is always part of an individual's lifestyle. It comes from different causes and it is always trigerred by things you feel unfavorable in your part. It is the negative response of our body to our daily activities that overwhelms as we get older. One thing that I do to destress is I treat myself by giving myself a break from the routine that I have everyday. I do something not in the flow of my work once in while. I go to the salon, I shop or just eat out with friends. I just relax and have a good time away from my job. I eat my favorite ice cream or chocolates. How about you? What is your destressing ritual?
