developing the leader around you!

acquiring and keeping good people is a leader's most important task. those closest to the leader will determine the success or failure level of that leader. organisation's growth potential is directlyu related to its personnel potentials. grow the leader - grow the organisation the strength of an organisation is determined by the strength of its leaders - weak leaders = weak organisations and strong leaders = strong organisations. everything rises and falls on leadership. the best way to go along is to get along with others. an opinion (a suggestion) before a decision is valuable but often the decision is made, it's worthless. leaders who mentor potential leaders multiply their effectiveness there is no success withoput a successor - who will take your place? developed leaders expand and enhance the future of the organisation. the more people you lead, the more leaders you need a leader's success can be defined as the maximum utilization of the abilities of those under him.. Leaders must be environmental change agents. Right or Wrong? Please judge.
