Las Vegas would be the better option. There's everything there for both children and adults. Disneyworld is way too expensive and is mostly for kids.

Disneyworld is a waste in my opinion.
Las Vegas has some of the most incredible sights and scenes you can imagine (and many things you can't imagine). There is something for everyone.
