Is it proper for a Call Center Supervisor to have an Affair with his/her Subordinate? How does a Supervisor-Agent Relationship affect the working atmosphere?

This happen all the time. It will create some friction among co-workers but if the supervisor handle it carefully he could make it work. I don't see it a problem because it is so natural.

Any time you have someone with power haveing as affair with some one with out power you are in trouble. And if there is a breakup it can be pretty bad.
