well, anywhere in this world we can acrossed someone that's very hard to pleased(vice-versa) bec. we cannot pleased everybody so, we need to face the reality. Its a matter of how will you associate with other people. But we can't avoid some arguments, misunderstanding with peers. For me, i need to be frank enough and be myself coz i hate plastic and showy people. i will understand their personalities to avoid conflict and do my responsibilities as a student/employee.

Ofcourse, everyone has come across such situations. I think that sometimes these conflicts really make it next to impossible to adjust. The key to avoiding conflicts is is very simple: Just be civil at all times. Act professional. I think that the best way out (if you do get involved in such a situation) is to just talk over it in a non-confrontational manner.

I will try to work it out first. If I see the other person is not willing to come sort of compermise than I will just walk away. I don't ignore them I just keep to my side of room or office. After while they generally have come over and started talking about what ever the situation was and go about our business afterwards.
