Drive, the new show on fox is a lot like the Amazing Race reality show. The teams are similar, there is a father daughter team, a team of brothers, a boyfriend girlfriend, and an older couple. The main idea of a race for a lot of money is another similarity between the shows. There are riddles that need to be solved to get to the next checkpoint and there is a penalty for being last. Of course the reality show doesnt kidnap contestant's loved ones to force them to play, as far as i know. Also in Drive an elimination round may involve someone being killed instead of just kicked out of the race.
