..which is pretty uncommon
..I usually worry and do for those around me...

Well you may be in one of those moods due to some event. Well forget it. It is good to be helpful to others. If you are selfish, you satisfy only yourself. If you help others you satisfy more. Well and dont worry abt it. It will pass away I hope.
