annoyed by your boss??

have you ever felt this?? i mean..most bosses are supposed to be very strict but it doesnt mean that they should be annoying at the same time.. because i for one is a little bit annoyed..especially when he reads what i write on my blogs.. i mean..its ok to read blogs but you read it when its done..not while you're doing it..duh! what do you think about your boss??
