How would you like to build your family house in the Valley!

Have you ever imagined living in a valley surrounded by forests and valleys? I really fear that situation. I imagine threats of snakes and flooding! In my country, land slides are common and living in the valley at tthe slopes in the hill is very dangerous. Would you build in a valley?

I actually live just above a valley (on the slopes of a volcano!) and they frequently have problems with flooding. I would build my house in a valley, but only if I took the necessary precautions or if it was a very wide valley, since the narrow ones are more at risk.
